The National Employment Service (S.N.E.) is an operative instrument from the Secretariat of the Labor and Social Development (S.T.P.S.), which offers employment services for the State of Baja California, all of it free of charge.
Services designed for employers use, described as follows:
Employment Service: In this Employment Service section, the employer will have full access to the job’s applications and resumes of each candidate, in order to evaluate these persons, to be able to determine which profile fits best the company’s labor needs.
S.I.E.E.: State Employment System is a work table where you can discuss topics of common interest for the companies, such as, employment service improvement, academic sector in our community, just to mention a few.
Chambanet: This is an employment service trough Internet available in the entire country. On www.chambanet.gob.mx you can offer your company’s vacancies, specifying the characteristics that candidates must fit to qualify for the job, simplifying the search and saving in advertisers.
It is important to mention that this system is completely secure; this is because through a username and password previously provided, only a person authorized by your company will have access to the company’s confidential information.
Outplacement Support: This program offers the employment services and training for employees who are working for companies in their shut down process. Basically, this service prepares and assists to the future unemployed to find another job as soon as possible.
Statistical Information: You can request statistical information such as wages analysis, job positions analysis and lists of industries located in the State, just to mention a few.
